like Wyndham, Marriott, and Intercontinental Hotels. Ayesha drives sales and marketing
through task force support, sales training, and market share growth. Her strategic vision and
hands-on approach enhanced profitability while developing top-notch sales professionals.

Shawn Ford,“The Liquid Savant,” is a nationally recognized, award-winning trainer and concept
creator. He has developed, launched, and rebranded over 300 establishments worldwide.
Shawn is a resident Master Mixologist on Paramount Network's Bar Rescue. His dedication to
excellence and innovative approach makes him a sought-after expert in the hospitality industry.

Chef Brent Sick has worked at renowned establishments like Hyatt Hotels, Tavistock
Restaurants, Rosa Mexicano, Del Frisco’s, FIG & OLIVE, and Erewhon Markets. Brent excels in
classical French cuisine with a modern twist, offering diverse tasting menus and entrées. His
expertise has been showcased at the Toronto International Film Festival and VIP dinners.
